Offshore Engineering Ltd is an independent offshore and marine engineering consultancy based in Orkney, Scotland. We provide practical engineering support, marine operational consultancy and technical advisory services to offshore and marine industries.

Our approach combines operational understanding with structured engineering methodologies. We work collaboratively with clients, contractors and specialist assurance providers to support project planning, offshore implementation and technical assurance, with a consistent focus on safe, efficient execution.

The business operates internationally, primarily supporting European offshore projects, with operational experience also across the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions.
